I’m the “Katie” part of Jared & Katie in the Morning – and have been in radio for the past 15 years sharing every single aspect of my life since I graduated from college at Appalachian State University. My husband’s name is Ben, our kids are Nora & Henry and Maizie is our Chocolate Lab. I started this blog because while being obsessed with all-things Hollywood News and useless trivia, I’m even MORE in to all-things food, wine and the latest cooking trends. I’m not fancy (that much, anyway) I’m always up for a fun dinner party, I love trying new foods and cooking techniques and I’ve attempted to grow almost every herb and vegetable there ever was….but *note: a green thumb is not one of my positive attributes.
